[ OBJECTIVE ]
The intention of this project was to create individual fixed units which would create a building structure for additional workshop labs in the Architecture school of Crete. The basic principles of these units were transformation and flexibility. The problematic was based in the existing shell and the programmed uses trapped within it. The study area was divided into three horizontal zones: the southern – official - courtyard, the existing shell of the architecture school and the northern courtyard - leftover. The objective of the project was to design a surface which would split the horizontal zones, create linkages and serve different potential uses
