I've made plenty of friends as a foreign exchange student, living abroad for a year, meeting people from my host country, and other exchange students.

When the exchange year was over and we had to head back to our respective home countries, we pondered on when we would next encounter each other again.

I took these photos around the country, with the thought of enticing my foreign friend to visit my country and see these places themselves. Hoping that some of the photos would connect with them.
