Da Paolo Gastronomia is a famous Italian Deli boutique & restaurant in Singapore. They are willing to revamp its main store in Paragon and offer its customers a more delightful, enjoyable and engaging retail & dining experience.
Our first move is to create a new Visual Merchandising and in-store design to better connect with Gastronomia identity, being Italian.
While the bulk of the business relies on the sale of takeaway meal solutions, we explore ways to optimise the category adjacencies and visibility, create focus, attraction points and hotspots in the retail zone.
Clear & easy communication on self-service. The tone of voice will help to tell a story on products, advice or create a privileged relationship with the shoppers & clearly identify the path of purchase
The new store also maximised the sit-down café area for its shoppers and make it inviting.
