A music video I wrote and directed for local Tucson, AZ musician Andrew Collberg for his upcoming LP. Financed on a shoe-string budget by the artist himself, we shot this for $700 over the course of a single night in the tiny mining town of Bisbee, AZ at a purportedly haunted hotel.
Much of the video is shot by candle light or antique oil lamps, which proved an additional challenge. Using the Canon 5dMKII we were able to capitalize on low light situations for a uniquely naturalistic look. This is was an exhausting, grueling, amazing experience that taught me more than I could have imagined about low budget movie-making. What you see here are the results.
