7Eleven is developing a new division of their brand with a redesigned storefront in New York, Chicago, and Dallas. These new stores will be the testing ground for introducing new products and trying out innovative ways to attract and serve customers. The stores will have various digital display screens for different purposes depending on the locations.

We designed and developed the digital retail experience throughout the stores. Relevant information is presented at different section throughout the store. The deliverables included digital menu board, self-ordering kiosk system, exterior promo screen, interior promo screen, and seating area promo screen.

The digital retail experience seamlessly integrated with the physical storefront by providing convenience and improved the shopping experience.

Exterior Promo Screen
The purpose of this exterior promo screen is to attract and engage passing pedestrians. It also provides friendly and useful information for the neighborhood. Some promotional spots are animated while others are static.
Kiosk System
The self-order kiosk interface is built on top of a NCR system. A customer can order any available food item prepared on the premises. Because of the vast variety of items, the design focus is to guide the user through a clear and simple process while presenting relevant options for them to choose from.

Here a 'tweet to vote' survey lets customers vote for their favorite food, snack, sport teams and more. Visuals dynamically update based on latest voting stats.
