Coronado's Gluten Free Pantry is a small Bakery in San Diego (CA-USA). The owner is wonderful and proud woman who spent most of her life traveling and exploring receipts and tastes all around the world. When R. talk to me about her dream of creating a new bakery gluten free and celiac-friendly I propose to her few ideas. In my mind, Coronado's has to communicate visually and immediately how R. create her cakes and biscuit, at home, with love and passion. Homemade, attention to every detail, healthy my keywords. I create handlettering logo and as pictogram a small silver spoon: something elegant, useful and rare at the same time. Something special as R.
