Advanced Photoshop Magazine contacted me to illustrate the cover of issue #92. Their instructions were to use the word “Type” in a diagonal format using a very earthy, organic typography. I wanted to take this opportunity to challenge myself and take this illustration in a direction completely unique to my past work. By playing up the organic elements of the piece, my goal was to give the impression of a photograph, rather than a 3D illustration.
