Graffiti Research/Photos
Here are a selection of photos that I have taken whilst out in East London. I am very inspired by graffiti and street art and like to document it through photos where possible.
I often like to visit London when possible, however studying at Loughborough University, in the Midlands, has made this quite hard the past three years! So I am limited to Winter breaks, Easter holidays and Summer holidays. However, this year I will be moving back to London, having completed my degree so this will soon change.
I am very inspired by the street and graffiti that can be seen around London, especially East London. Over the past year, I have noticed an explosion of street art across London. I have visited other graffiti 'spots' across the UK, including Leeds, Brighton, Bristol, Leicester and Nottingham too. I like the idea of the world being your canvas - including any surfaces and ideas, however abstract soon 'fit' into their environment. Or the fleeting idea of graffiti, where you never know how long it might last there for, be it a week, a day or even an hour before its painted or scrawled over.
