WWQI is a website and digital archive of materials related to the lives of women during the Qajar era, including writings, photographs, financial and legal documents, art work, and objects of daily use. I was involved with this Harvard University initiative from the beginning, working on branding and then designing the UX for the bilingual website. All the pages had to support both standard English and the right-to-left Persian language. After the initial Beta release, I redesigned the website based on user feedback and UX testing. The current design still supports both English and Persian, in addition to being fully responsive.
