Publication redesign for the New York Times Magazine food issue.
Healthy vegetable consumption is at an all time low. Young people are receiving less and less nutrition from their diet's, because so often Americans substitute nutrition for convenience.
The New York Times Magazine produces a food special once a year. The redesign of the issue was to focus on the benefits of a balanced diet, and to communicate a different side of an otherwise overlooked food group.
