A quick guide for Community Health Workers

This project handles the problem of epidemic Malaria in 

West Africa. It is a quick guide to help community health
workers to identify and treatthe first signs of a  complicated
malaria issue in a child under 5 years.

The typeface and visual treatment are designed to make
understanding easy for people with reading disabilities. 
The Folder font used in this guide is a clear sans-serif type
intended for children learning to read.

Format and colour keep in mind the printing techno-
logy available in those countries making distribution
of the document as easy and cheaply as possible. 

Headlines and illustrations are designed in layout
and screentone,respectively, avoiding black ink to 

soak through low-weight paper

Besides, the project includes a long report that researches
the Malaria epidemic in Africa and explains the importance
of this educational guide as well as the different graphic
decisionstaken in the process of formalization.
