Here Today, Gone Tomorrow
The brief is to demonstrate a transformation of a common phrase (English phrases) or figure of speech into visual form through use an appropriate process, which evokes an emotional response from the viewer.
The phrase — Here Today, Gone Tomorrow, demonstrates the fleeting stardom of past talent show celebrities once a name but now forgotten. Hence, i decide to use ‘fame’ to express the meaning of it. The concept takes the format of showing fleeting by creating a book format which the pages are from big to small, and fading pictures of celebrities who were once very popular during a certain of time but not now.
