It has seen a radical events, it was a place for the consuls living there with there families, it was an important place after that for commercial activities, revolution and historical speeches.

2- Second part:
2-1 Vision and mission.
2-2 Site, perspectives and sections of the existing situation of the square.
2-3 Begginig of a new proposal.
3- Third part:
3-1 New proposal for the square (zoning, transportation and reuses)
3-2 Proposal for menasce building as an example for the rest of the buildings on the square.
