Below is a link to an Adobe Spark page that provides an introduction to the idea of using design thinking to tackle a variety of business challenges.
Why did I create that page?
In my experience, designers who are facilitating intro to design thinking workshops want participants to show up with no preconceptions and a willingness to try new things. Although that would be great, some of the scientists, engineers, and business folks I've worked with are very uncomfortable setting aside a significant chunk of their time without knowing something about why they should do that. Without any up-front information, many of them just won't attend. I created the Adobe Spark page linked below in an attempt to provide enough information to that group so they can decide whether or not they think a workshop would be time well spent for them.
Goal for this project:
To provide enough of an introduction to design thinking and the value of design thinking in business, so that people who read the Adobe Spark page and watch the embedded short videos will choose to participate in an introduction to design thinking workshop.
