Basically it is a service where one can call an “Operator” will verify a caller’s identity through questions like “Aapki 21st birthday ko aapne kaunsi yeh picture dekhi thi” which will prompt the caller to speak the answer, say “viraasat”, which will then be voice recognised and checked by the computer without the “Operator” hearing it.

Once verified, the caller can make the “Operator” operate their own, café-like pc or (for the very first time anywhere in the world!) their own virtual pc available exclusively through our service. Our aim is to make 1 Billion accounts by 2015. Every Indian must have 24/7 broadband computer access. Every Indian must have an internet account. We will bring the Computer and Internet and all related prowess through the simple Phone Call.

The charge will be 5 Rs. Per minute of assisted computing or 1 Rs. Per minute of offline-off-the-phone-background computing/downloading/etc.

The Service will be first field tested in a Taluka (group of Villages) in central and coastal Gujarat.
