рисую в музее почты в тегеране / sketching in post museum. tehran
в начале этого года я получила приглашение от школы культурологии ниу вшэ принять участие в их очередной экспедиции в качестве иллюстратора. на этот раз финальной точкой маршрута был иран. три недели в пути на четырех машинах, из москвы через ростов, владикавказ, тбилиси, сигнахи, ереван. затем въезжаем в иран: тебриз, тегеран, исфахан и язд

i was invited by hse culturology school to join their expedition as illustrator. this time they were going to iran. three weeks in four cars, starting from moskow to rostov, vladikavkaz, tbilisi, signakhi and erevan. then - entering iran in tebriz, tegeran, isfahan and yazd.

кандован. город, в котором местные живут в скалах / kandovan. a city where people live inside the mountains
местные нравы / a woman, covered from face to legs, is washing clothes in the middle of the river
миллион вопросов к антону, вопрос к руководителям экспедиции только один - "где антон?" / anton, our guide and translator, was always bisy answering all of our questions
немного о тебризе / something about tabriz. we tried fresh juices for the first time here and completely enjoyed it!

доброе утро, исфахан! / good morning, isfahan
рано-рано позавтракали на базаре / very early breakfast
наш гид антон-артем и что он носит с собой / what is inside of bag of our guide
посмотрела на хипстеров, на сердце посветлело / saw some hipsters and felt better
лавка с платками на базаре в исфахане / inside the isfahan bazaar
можно было купить это на базаре, но мы не / things you can buy there
мост хаджу/кхаджу собирает огромное количество местных жителей по вечерам и в выходные / khaju bridge is loved
by local people
еще он называется "поющим мостом", потому что по вечерам здесь можно найти огромную толпу, слушающую песни, исполняемые колоритными певцами. только мужчины, женщинам петь запрещено / under the bridge in the evenings you can find people singing traditional songs. only man, woman' singing is forbidden there.
доброе утро, язд! / good morning, yazd! we came here too early and our rooms were not prepared, so we had to sleep

приехали через пустыню в чак-чак, зороастрийскую святыню / went to chakchak, a holy place for zoroastrian people
чай в иране / iranian tea
пили кофе на крыше / drinking coffee at the roof
возвращаемся домой. границы ирана и армении / going back home. waving our hijab
- гранииицы ключ переломлен пополам /crossing the armenia-georgia border
утро с видом на горы / morning and coffee with a hills view
пятигорск. забрались на гору, рисую / morning sketches from the top of the hill
все виды темноты вокруг / all types of darkness around
завершающий скетч: лидер экспедиции читает под яблоней из своего детства книгу "цели шариата" / the last one from the expedition - the leader is reading a book about shariat under the apple three from his childhood
на последней странице у меня были заметки, палитра и список того, что нужно было отрисовать позже / the last page contented notes, palettes and list of additional sketches to do later
