The scaling of a structural bay to meet increasingly larger program demands. This prototype drawing represents the structural framing/assembly of a "glorified warehouse" or the template for a future use building. Key issues were raised over ease of construction, material consumption, building orientation, energy consumption, and flexible floor plates. Wood sandwich floor plates on concrete piers resembling a bridge that creates 100% column-free floor plans.
