The aim of this project was to expand the brand taking into account the brand´s expansion strategies and atributes as well as the direct and indirect competitors. 
Being El Gourmet the number one tv channel and magazine of gastronomy and good living, the plan was to expand the brand to other areas without losing its identity. The expansion was going to be held in a lapse of five years in two ways. First, the opening of Markets, grocery stores where people could buy exotic spices and goods, fresh vegetables and more products used in the tv shows. Secondly, the commercialization of cooking utensils. 
I created the Brandbook that shows the brand´s identity through out all the new aspects of its new expansion. The atributes that were given in the brief were: gourmet, latinamerican, professional, trustworthy and high-end. 
The following are three book covers I designed each for a specific kind of food; southamerican food, desserts and vegeterian. Some examples of packaging design for spices, fresh products and utensils. And finally, street advertisement.
