With this campaign, I wanted to target the 52.3% of Americans who are unhappy with their jobs. 10 years down the line, these people ended up in this boring 9-5pm hole and feel trapped.

I began by thinking of the benefits & possible messages for this service. I could say things like "you'll be happier", "you'll get a better job", "you'll make more money", but they're sorta overpromises and who would buy that? In order to get to that position, you have to leave your old job first. CareerBuilder says it's okay to start over and they're doing this with an entire campaign motivating people to quit. 

MANIFESTO
I created this manifesto and then printed this huge 30" x 45" poster from FedEx and crumpled it up.
DIGITAL
We help people quit with the Resignation Letter Generator so they can send it to their boss and move on with life. 
OOH BILLBOARD
When people are driving to work in rush hour traffic on the 405 freeway and they hate their life, they'll see a billboard with the number of available jobs real-time.
SOCIAL
Inspirational quotes can only do so much, but they can't help when you're stuck with a boring job. CareerBuilderQuotes posts their own daily downers and quitspirational advice.
