ZSIRÁF is a beer garden in the heart of Budapest, located next to an office building, surrounded by Nyugati train station. With cost-effectiveness in sight, it was one of the challenges of the design to take an unutilized space and integrate it into the park that was already established around it. We've achieved this by using natural materials, custom-designed furniture, re-purposed old garden lamps, making it feel organic. The customers, for example, are served out of transformed containers. Zsiráf is a garden within a garden, it has a great variety of diverse programs to make it appealing for all ages and to all people from the residents of the district to tourists from abroad.
