Bank of Scotland Cards
A recent commission to shoot a series of landscape images for the Bank of Scotland, specifically for use on their range of cards. They are now in public circulation, and so we are able to show the work.
We visited fifteen iconic locations over 11 days, made 2293 shutter actuations, travelled 2175 road miles, booked in to 7 hotels, paid 2 road tolls, took 1 ferry, used 3 midge nets and had very little sleep.

From a composition point of view, we had to work to a reasonably strict layout in order to accommodate the card's various text and logo requirements, plus of course the positioning of the 'chip' We also had to bear in mind the small size that the images would eventually end up.
