For my University unit, Interior Object, our task was to design and make a lamp.
My design and aim was to produce a decorative lamp which incorporated patterned shadows and light. I wanted to push myself with this project and design, so decided to use the wood lathe to craft my lamp from. Previous to this, I had not used a lathe before, which created a challenge for myself.
