Hopencourage Brand Identity

ABOUT THE LOGO

Originally, I thought of only using a monogram (HE) and the Hopencourage in script. After some time, I realized it didn't reflect Hopencourage at all... I asked myself, "What are the things that inspire me?" I think God has placed this fascination in my heart on trees, plants, clouds, and sky, and often wonder about why He made many different species, and how each one is different in terms of its purpose and design. Back when I was in college, my Senior Thesis was about trees--with themes such as hope, parched, reproduce, yield, and flourish.

Before I even thought about my love for nature in general, the initial colors I have in mind for the brand were kraft (brown), green, and blue. When I "translated" Hopencourage to a hex code, it turned out blue and green.

Mostly inspired by the Creator of all things and His creations, the greatest Artist, the evidences of His glory and existence, His infinite wisdom, splendor, and knowledge, to Him be the glory!
I stand in awe of You.
