The Better World App was conceived by my client, Jason Trout, who hired me to do the interaction design, UI design and marketing for the project. This iOS app is centered around making it easy for users to donate to a list of specific causes, track their donations and see the donations of others via a social media feed (Facebook Connect).
The app uses the iOS native UI elements for main navigation, but it was necessary to make content view interactive elements stylized to fit the product and give it a cohesive, vibrant feel. As you will see, the project went through many iterations of look and feel before we arrived at the clean, simple embellished photographic style that now defines it.
