Rainy Day Toys logo design

After receiving feedback from my peers, I continued to sketch and think of other design solutions that weren't literal in the Rainy Day Toys name. The focus became direct to the thought bubble. The message wasn't communicating the full value of Rainy Day Toys which was creativity, parents giving children the gift of imagination and playing with toys other than electronics.
This is the first revised vector graphic designed from the number four sketch above. It was decide that sketch was the most unique of all the other designs. Rainy Day Toys creates wooden block toys and books that help develop tactiles skills in children. Plus the toys encourage imagination in the child's mind. The bubble icon in the lower right box demonstrates that idea. However, the feedback from instructor and peers showed that that bubble choosen was a talk bubble, not a thought bubble.
To further the vector graphic, I used my peer's and instructor's feedback in each change I made to simplify the logo so it can exist in a variety of media (Adams, 2015). I flattened the blocks to 2D and removed the shadows to guarantee clear visibility in another media. the bubble is now a thought bubble so the message is clear with the Rain Day Toy values.
