The title of this work refers to the spectral phenomena - in today’s information age - whereby everything ‘real’ is increasingly experienced ‘digitally’ through a screen. Disrupting the normally passive gaze of the spectator, the abstract ‘Heads Up Display' data embedded into each reworked image functions to reminds us that the act of looking is always structured.
