This studio was an  examination of the latent potential of the singular construction unit in order to construct truly appropriate and site-adjusted projects of wildly unique possibility within the extended infrastructure of Los Angeles. Students presented these possibilities as performance frameworks of ecological, cultural, educational and economic possibility. There was no specific program but rather a strategic position of imagination; a set of theoretical positions to very real issues. The studio participants were challenged to consider the studio premise at the unit and infrastructural scales.
