The Todd Hall Kitchen was original to the 1976 construction. It was a typical commercial kitchen which resulted in poor sight lines and did not provide a good teaching space. The old equipment, hoods and casework were removed, walls were demolished, and the space reconfigured to provide an open environment with multiple student cooking and preparation stations.
