A typeface I based on Auckland's zigzag styled staircases.
A typeface I based on Auckland's zigzag styled staircases.
This typeface was inspired by the old zigzag styled staircases that are situated at the back of many of the original buildings on and around Auckland's Queen Street. I have incorporated the staircase handrail into the type and have created numbers and various glyphs (not all shown) to go along with the uppercase letters.
