These sketches were made to help articulate the variety of ways in which  the scenic space could be used to create different locations and kinds of spaces on what was, essentially, a unit set.

There was a lot of paint and texture treatment to give the world the right sense of age and decay and desperate decadence. These are some of the paint elevations, as well as the poster multiples that were glue to walls of the set, then distressed.
