Terva, short for terra value, helps farmers discover land that's for sale. Through geographic-specific notifications – stay up-to-date on land activity that's happening in your alert zone. 
I started the branding process with an idea – a leaf. A leaf was a great way to represent new ideas and beginnings as well as the agriculture market space. I created a rule for the leaf so front end designers could create this asset at any size and use it throughout the design of the web application. 
I used a lowercase "T" because the bottom right curve of the leaf fit perfectly within the curve of the "T". The leaf and the "T" combination breaks off well from the logo to form a logomark.
The curves from the leaf are carried throughout the logo typeface.
I created a small icon set for use with the web application.
