Overview of quilt. However, this isn't a quilt that is intended to be viewed as a whole. It is designed to be wrapped around a young child and its elements discovered and enjoyed in sections.
Quilted flowers detail. The entire center of the quilt is a weaving garden of various flowers.
Quilted corner detail. The design is taken from elements commonly found in Chinese/Taiwanese and Korean art work.

Kitten approved. My kitten loved this quilt and frequently curled up within it while I was working.
A baby quilt for a daughter of Taiwanese and Korean parents. I wanted to have touches of Korean and Taiwanese art, which I used to design the border. The horses are a nod to the Chinese Zodiac; their daughter was born in the year of the horse.
