Fallout - as a classic 8Bit / SNES game

I absolutely loved Fallout 4, so when i had a bit of free time between projects, i wanted to task myself to imagine an early level of Fallout as a classic SNES game.

Put together using elements designed in Illustrator in After Effects, i used the Mosaic tool to lower the pixel count to try to get that early 90's game feel (obviously, that was done using sprites though!), i then used Posterize Time to drop the frame rate. The characters were animated using Rubberhose.

Thanks to Eric Skiff for the background music (Come and Find Me - B mix). The sound effects were are freely sourced clips from around the internet.
Thanks for viewing this project!
