YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH

You Are Good Enough is a personal handbook created to combat the internal monologue that often tells you "you are not good enough". The impetus for this project was driven by the passing of my grandmother - someone who always told me I was good enough. I thought it was best to capture those moments that I can then carry with me wherever I go. This handbook serves as a constant reminder that we are all good enough.
The book was designed with a focus on handcraft. Both my grandparents were and are makers. I wanted the feel of this handbook to reflect that. This handbook has been stitched in a singer sewn manner by myself. I also hand stitched the slip cover in a magnified 1/2 embroidery stitch - one of Nana's favourite activities.
