A leading Indian HR Solutions company, out to bring HR at scale to Indian and international businesses through comprehensive HR solution on cloud for recruitment, human capital management, payroll & compliances and analytics.
Project Description
Prior to website re-design PeopleStrong under went a re-branding exercise with Itu Chaudhuri Design, where the company was repositioned as an HR solutions company which provided its solution through Offsite Workgroups and Cloud Based Softwares. Prior to re-branding the company identified itself as an HR services company which also had SaaS module.
The primary objective of this redesign was to establish the outcome of the re-branding exercise and to address the concerns (economies of scale, adaptability, information security, compliance management, domain expertise, real time view metrics, big data analysis etc.) of the CXOs (CHRO, CTO, CFO, CIO) involved in the acquisition of the solution.
Solution
The re-designed website established PeopleStrong as a solutions company by creation of solutions overview page and solutions landing page. The solutions overview page expounds on key value proposition of the brand and its modes of solution delivery through its products like Recruit, Worklife, Payroll and Analytics. Delving into each product further leads to a solutions landing page that addresses specific needs of the CxO through its targeted services.
Role and Responsibilities
I was the Project Lead and I worked under creative direction of Itu Chaudhuri, I was responsible for designing the UX and UI and led a team of 3 designers —Jasvinder Singh (UX/UI), Palash Jain (Icon Design) and Neha Bajaj (Icon Design) on this project
The development of the website was outsourced to a third party vendor by PeopleStrong. The current website, gone live in August 2016, has not been fully resolved as per the submitted design and functionality.
