1/86 scale model of the famous house from Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 movie, "Psycho". The pattern was created by Scott Alexander of Atomic City in (date and supporting info--was this ever a resin kit?), Polar Lights produced a styrene version in (date). R2/Polar Lights reissued the model again in (date), this time with the addition of an LED lighting kit and an extra set of stairs for those wanting to create the surrounding hill top grounds of the Bates house.
I made this little shadow box diorama to put some detail into the window of "mother's room".
Now for some mood lighting and an appropriately worrisome clouds. Ready for the close-up Mr. Hitchcock!
