Originally produced in 1975 by Aurora Plastics Corp. of West Hempstead, Long Island, this dynamic presentation of Frankenstein's Monster (#651) was the first in a new series of 1/12 scale styrene kits called "Monsters of the Movies" and featured a "clacker board" base design. This following example was reissued by Revell in 2000.
