    Produced during the Master of Arts, Advertising Design program, State Your Own Mission was created in response to the challenge of taking an existing brand and introducing it to a new target market. Currently known for its sexually charged brand image, it was discovered that a large portion of the American Apparel shoppers considered themselves to be individuals. In response to these findings, this campaign is intended to introduce American Apparel as a brand that takes a step back from pushing their corporate agenda and allows each individual to make their own first impression.
