With a brief as ambiguous as this, establishing a design frame work would be essential. Seemingly easily approachable brief hides deep layers of social, technological and cultural factors. Doing things just for the sake of cool technology usually ends in the back of the closet. So the user should be at the centre of the idea and the experience should address identified needs of the people. Technology only enables the more meaningful connection.
