Wide receiver Sammy Watkins appears to be nearing 100 percent after suffering a season-ending foot injury last year. Watkins has been rehabbing the foot during the off season, participating in three-hour training sessions up to six days a week in an effort to get back on the field in time for training camp and, more importantly, the Bills’ 2016 season opener.

Watkins has said recently that he’s prepared for whatever workload the Bills have for him during training camp. His surgery in April to heal the broken foot was a success, and with reports indicating the foot is almost fully healed, the breakout wide receiver says he hopes to once again be an impact player for the Bills offense.
