The Frozen Rail Jam was one of Blue Mountain Resort's major freestyle events throughout the mid to late 2000's. The Events team decided to bring it back for 2016, and I was tasked with the rebranding. As with most design projects, my main goal was to keep the logo clean and simple, while giving a nod to the event's previous branding trends.
2007-2009 Frozen Rail Jam logos
Logo variations and lockups. The blue/green colour scheme was inspired by some of the original Frozen Rail Jam logos. The incorporation of the year into the original logos was something that I wanted to avoid from the beginning.
