Dubai
Liveried aircraft could feature Distinctly Dubai images featuring strong graphic images of Dubai’s architecture.
As the visuals show, the current Emirates Airlines “swish” shape of the tail has been retained and other graphics applied to the nose and engine nacelle.
The large “Emirates” text is retained on an expanse of white - ensuring that the viewer is in no doubt where the aircraft has come from or going to.
Most airlines’ fuselages are painted white for a good reason.
Specialist paint is required for flying at 30,000 feet and white is the best colour to protect the cabin.
White also helps ground crews spot any anomalies quickly - hydraulic/fuel leaks, dirt and damage.

The normal viewing opportunities for the public is limited to an aircraft taxiing or though the window when parked at the boarding gate.   Another view for many passengers is from their seat when taxiing after arrival or on departure.

Scotland
Application of  unique Distinctly Dubai designs could be applied to aircraft. The same technique and style could be applied to designs which feature iconic architecture of countries which they fly to. The example above was created from an aerial photograph of the Scottish Parliament building.
Livery which features other iconic images could be applied to a Scottish aircraft. Tartan is an obvious choice. There are many tartans available but the example most relevant. It is a tartan which was designed by a pipe major of the Dubai pipe band in 1977. It was rediscovered by the director of the Al Maktoum Institute in Dundee recently and would be most appropriate.
Spain
The image above was created from another "Distinctly Dubai " style of a building in Spain.
