The De La Warr Pavilion is a Live Music and arts venue, as well as being recognized as one of the most iconic buildings of the Modernist movement in Britain.
During my time at the Pavilion, the venue played host to international art exhibitions and musicians, as well as being integral to the local creative and educational scene.
From a digital perspective this involved overhauling the web content and structure to make it more user friendly, as well as implementing an e-comerce system to help open up an extra revenue stream to the growing national and international architectural fan base.
From a print and operations perspective, I Improved the creative processes through the introduction of new techniques, software packages and a wider range of suppliers and creative support.

With improved and modernized processes in place, my role revolved around marketing the evolving live performance programs and producing literature for the varied seasonal art installations, as well as resource support for the the De La Warr Pavilion's educational program.
