As the project manager for the translation of a print magazine to a digital website, Hudson Valley Public Relations was responsible for all aspects of bringing Amtrak’s New York By Rail print publication online. The overall layout of the website was designed for an enjoyable reader experience and HVPR delivered solutions that engage the reader, linking an optimizing content throughout the site as well as for search engine ranking. Amtrak's digital advertising layout maximizes the online ad click through rates without compromising the featured editorial.
The challenge was to maintain the voice and tone of the print publication while providing an enjoyable experience while reading on-line. In addition to overseeing the translation from print to digital, HVPR developed the new media kit that now included the digital advertising.
