A logo I did for my local baseball league. The goal was to make a logo that could pass for a real professional or collegiate team, and I'm pretty happy with the result. 

The color palette went through many different iterations, most of which mimicked the colors of a real hawk. I settled on vibrant orange and dark gray-violet, a combination I don't think I've ever seen used by a professional sports team.
