Ukraine is a very specific country. People complain about corruption, and at the same time most of them want have a better life at the expense of other people.
Idea: the glamorous world that so attracts - is a consequence of corruption schemes with dirty money that must be uncovered and removed from society.
There is an international protection system for stolen money: they are becoming spotted by special ink. These banknotes are not usable anymore. Spotted money attracts the attention of law enforcement and become useless for their owners.

Quiz "Who want to become corrupt?"
We hear online quiz with unusual theme. A woman presenter asks questions about luxury life, so that give right answers can only very rich people. In our case this is corrupt man. He quickly answers on questions such as:
Presenter: - How much is a deluxe room at the hotel Le Negresco in Nice?
Corrupt man: - 10 000 EURO!
Presenter: - How long does it take to get from Monaco to St Tropez by helicopter?
Corrupt man: - 15 minutes!
He gets a final question and doesn’t know right answer. So the corrupt man breaks all rules and phones his crony for the tip. After that he gives the right answer and wins the game.
VO: These shows are taking place around us every day. We live by their rules. Time to stop it. Transparency International Ukraine. Corruption must be spotted.
Forgotten country
We in some crowded place with many voices on the background. Two men in undertone are playing the game named “The Cities” because they are bored.
By the rules the first man has to say the name of the city. Any. The second one has to say the name of the city which begins on the last letter previous one. We notice that our players say only foreign cities, luxury resorts such as Nice, Monte-Carlo and Courchevel.
First: - Nice (Ніцца in Ukrainian)
Second: - Amsterdam
First: - Monte-Carlo
Second: - Oubignosc
First: - Courchevel
And only one city creates a problem on their way. The city on letter “L”, the city absorbed by the war, the city which they forgot.
But suddenly, the distinct sound of Parliament’s timer recalls ours heroes about that city. Parliament speaker announces voting results about Luhansk. Situation is deplorable but both players are only laughing.
