The following renderings are the result of months of massing studies and exercises in maximizing square footage while minimizing the visibility and bulk of new construction on the site.  The original structure is an individually landmarked 19th century police precinct in Brooklyn.  The model was created in Sketchup by me and rendered using Podium.  All images are property of Ben Herzog Architect, PC.
