The project consists in a refurbishment/revamping of a panel house residential complex, located in Ramenki, a Moscow district, built in the mid-80s, using the system of industrial prefabrication. The goal of the project is to improve the formal features, the technological features and typological characteristics of the buildings. The main idea is to revive the concept of "kommunalki" (common apartments typical of the Soviet Union and Russia) obtaining on each floor of the building new common spaces that can be used by the inhabitants.
