In 2015, Miami-based Eastern Air Lines returned to the skies with charter flight operations, leading to a slated (and later postponed) October 2016 launch for scheduled passenger flights. On behalf of Atomic Branding Company, I designed a fresh corporate identity (sans logo) for the company to utilize inflight and on the ground. Playing on the company's iconic turquoise (Caribbean) and dark blue (Ionosphere) color palette, an array of modern illustrations accompany mid-century typefaces derivitave of Eastern's own heritage. Examples of execution range from inflight snack packaging to print advertising.
