information:
- I sketch my ideas and show it to the models / other painters before the shooting
- ingredient tripod for the longtime-exposure / slow shutter-speed
- white balance depends on the color of the lights you use and which look you want
- bear in mind: aperture - the ambient light - shutter speed - if necessary: change ISO or use a filter
- for example: 30seconds exposure time = 30seconds painting time
- the painting's done with my bike lights
- during the exposure time: the painter(s) have to keep moving to "stay invisible" or at least to not leave too many / too intense "ghots of the painter"
- do not too wear too bright clothes
- thanks to all supporting light drawing Picassos!
- light painting is like pantomime: in a way it reminds me of that since you have to hide the light (with your hand, from the lens) when you want to / have to move without painting - and then reveal it again to continue your drawing.
